- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build new relationships.
- Staffing experience in C2H.

country representatives, etc.,) needs and concerns in the short too long- term and to provide sound recommendations and/or solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
1)Should have completed Btech or MBA
2) Should have aggregate above 65%
3)Years of experience 1 to 5 years (Can have experience - Knowledge of recruitment process in mandatory)
