Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Client Partner
to lead and grow strategic relationships across the US FinTech landscape. This role demands a high-impact leader with deep domain expertise in financial services, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, orchestrating delivery, innovation, and business outcomes across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Own and expand strategic client relationships across the US FinTech portfolio.
Business Development & Strategy
- Shape account strategy, GTM plans, and solution roadmaps aligned to client priorities.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and practice teams to drive pipeline, win pursuits, and close deals.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial governance.
Delivery Oversight & Transformation
- Ensure successful delivery of programs across digital, cloud, DevOps, and modernization initiatives.
Domain & Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of FinTech trends including embedded finance, digital banking, payments, and regulatory tech.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with at least 5 years in the US FinTech space.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital transformation, and platform engineering.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar portfolios and drive YoY growth.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams across consulting, delivery, and product.
