We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to manage and enhance relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, handle queries efficiently, and maintain long-term client engagement while supporting company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all client leads are followed up after orders are placed.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collect honest feedback from clients to improve services and products.
  • Service clients from order placement through payment collection.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients about company products and services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when needed.
  • Understand client queries thoroughly and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of company products/services and ability to explain them to clients.
  • Professional, patient, and client-focused attitude.

Distance should be 30-45 mins from the office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
