Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Communicate product updates, offers, and services to existing customers.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software with all interactions.
  • Support in upselling/cross-selling company products and services to customers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and convincing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or client servicing (manufacturing/FMCD/building materials industry preferred).

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹2.5–3.36 LPA (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹26,000.00 per month
