Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Make outbound calls for sales/support as required.
  • Maintain call logs and customer records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional interaction.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma holder can apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Prior experience in a voice process (domestic or international) preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
