Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chennai. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales operations, customer service, lead generation, and channel sales. Duties include engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, generating new sales leads, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Candidate should have a proactive approach and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
