Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech communities to source passive candidates.
  • Review resumes and portfolios to evaluate technical skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical knowledge, cultural fit, and communication skills.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
  • Define job descriptions and develop interview processes tailored to each role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future technical roles.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Qualifications:
  • B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or related relevant degree.
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience sourcing and screening IT candidates across various levels (junior to senior).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools would be a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn continuously.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
