We are seeking an exceptional Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. Your primary objective will be to align HR strategies with our business goals, ensuring success through effective human resource management. This role encompasses job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, team management, and facilities management. A key component of this role is fostering an ethical and positive work culture, enhancing employee relations, and resolving conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Post job requirements on leading platforms, screen responses, and track results.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, interests, and cultural fit.
- Act as a communication bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle new employee onboarding and induction programs.
Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy
- Gain insights into the talent landscape in targeted geographic areas.
- Identify potential talent pools, including professional associations, user groups, and target companies.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee exit formalities and ensure a smooth transition for outgoing employees.
- Implement an open-door policy to promote effective communication and employee engagement.
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment that encourages high performance.
Performance Management & Development
- Design and manage a performance appraisal system that fosters growth and excellence.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Promote an ethical and positive organizational culture through activities and initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements across HR functions.
- Manage pay plans and benefits programs in line with organizational policies.
