Kabalikrut Group is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk hiring for BPO/ITES/Customer Support roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring within tight timelines.

Location: Remote

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in bulk hiring recruitment.
  • Experience in BPO/Non Tech hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across multiple roles (Customer Support, Sales, Operations, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and mass hiring events.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for immediate and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and workforce planning.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets within set timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in bulk/mass hiring (preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES sector).
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure recruitment drives and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, etc.), and social recruiting..
