Experience
5+ years in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships, preferably in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Energy, or FMCG. Proven track record in driving strategic alliances and securing high-impact business opportunities in line with goals.

Min Qualification

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field is required. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or International Business from a reputed institute is highly preferred.

Salary

Rs. 7.70 Lakhs Per Annum. Monthly (Except Reimbursements) = Rs. 64,000/- (Approx)

Strategic Market Development

  • Conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking and opportunity analysis across target sectors and geographies.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and whitespace opportunities to develop tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Define short-term and long-term BD goals in alignment with corporate strategy. Develop outreach strategies, industry events, partnerships, and referrals.

Relationship Management & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure of MoUs, NDAs, or long-term agreements.
  • Nurture partner ecosystems to co-create business opportunities and ensure win-win outcomes.

Proposal Development & Commercial Structuring

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
  • Ensure proposals meet internal profitability thresholds and risk parameters.
  • Track success rates, learnings, and continuously improve pitch effectiveness.

Project Onboarding & Handover

  • Facilitate smooth transition of projects to execution teams with clear documentation, KPIs, and commercial terms.
  • Support in early-phase project implementation to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate and timely BD dashboards, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Present pipeline status and strategic wins to senior management.

Required Skills
Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and market foresight. Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams and influence senior stakeholders. Proficiency in proposal development financial modelling and deal structuring. High level of initiative persistence and result orientation. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zoho) MS Office Suite and business intelligence platforms.
