About the Role We are looking for a proactive and process -oriented Business Analyst who excels in understanding and documenting business requirements while also playing a key role in improving our internal processes for managing project requirements and changes. Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to capture and document business needs effectively.Writing & Estimating User Stories: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and well -structured user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. Collaborate with the development team to estimate effort and prioritize tasks.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to refine how we manage project requirements, track changes, and ensure seamless requirement traceability for better project outcomes.Change Management: Help structure and streamline how we handle changes in requirements, ensuring minimal disruptions while maintaining agility.Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve requirement documentation, backlog grooming, and estimation processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery speed. Requirements What We're Looking For Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business needs into well -defined user stories and requirements. Experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories, backlog management, and participating in sprint planning. Ability to improve internal processes related to requirement gathering, estimation, and Agile workflows. Familiarity with requirement traceability matrices (RTM), Jira, Confluence, and Agile estimation techniques (T -shirt sizing, story points, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams.
