About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Technical Business Analyst
to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria to support development activities.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to recommend effective solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, identifying defects, and validating that solutions meet business needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide proactive recommendations to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst in a
    software development or IT environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
