Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
  • Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed.
  • Assist in solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-deployment assistance.
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
