- Must have a good reasoning, logic and thinking power.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Good knowledge of the latest trends in Frontend and Backend development.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of our products and our competition in the industry.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange telephonic or video meetings.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with strategies.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Detailed knowledge about various Sales strategies and their implementation in the real business world.
