We're looking for a self-driven Business Growth Manager who can:
- Take complete ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with K–12 schools and decision-makers
- Understand school requirements and pitch customized solutions effectively
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven approach
- Deliver impactful demos and presentations (online & in-person)
- Manage and track leads effectively using CRM tools
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a growth mindset
Who Should Apply?
- 1–3 years of sales experience (EdTech / SaaS / B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, street-smart, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with both inside sales and client meetings
