We are looking for dynamic
Pre-Sales (Individual Contributors)
with strong
techno-commercial expertise
to bridge the gap between our technology solutions and client business needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, combined with the ability to engage customers, understand their requirements, craft tailored solutions, and support the sales process end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Engage with clients during discovery sessions to understand business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver
technical presentations, solution demos, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and proposals
tailored to client needs. - Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design solution architectures.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and solution documentation.
- Provide competitive analysis and positioning of solutions to differentiate in the market.
- Support account managers in building client relationships and driving deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Train internal teams and partners on solution offerings where required.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of pre-sales, solution consulting, or techno-commercial experience
in IT services, SaaS, enterprise solutions, or system integration. - Strong technical background in one or more domains (Cloud, Applications, AI/ML, Security, ERP, Workflow Automation, RPA, OCR, NLP etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to translate
technical concepts into business value propositions
. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and handling RFP/RFI responses.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering).
- MBA/PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).
