Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead to lead development teams and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, architecture understanding, and modern AI/RAG development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers
  • Develop applications using Python 3.x with FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks
  • Ensure best practices in application security, error handling, logging, and performance
  • Review SRS and design component architecture accordingly
  • Work with SQL (RDBMS) and NoSQL/Data Warehouse systems
  • Develop AI/RAG-based solutions using LangChain or related frameworks
  • Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Python development
  • Expertise in FastAPI, Django, or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of security, logging, and error management
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with RAG, LLMs, or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with Agile, CI/CD practices
