The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams. This role requires hands-on development experience, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work with integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Python and SQLUnderstand business data requirements and translate them into technical specificationsCollaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven initiativesLearn and implement development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPathOptimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliabilityTroubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutionsEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standardsWrite and maintain technical documentation for development and integration processesRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development, Python, and SQLGeneral knowledge of integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPathStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsBackground in delivering data-driven solutions within fast-paced, high-impact teamsCertifications in relevant development or integration technologiesWhy Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you’ll be part of a forward-looking technology team that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
