Role Description

We are seeking a Guest Relation Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The Guest Relation Manager will oversee the guest experience, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly, managing complaints, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operation, and handling VIP guests. The individual will also monitor feedback to improve the overall guest experience and help maintain the hotel's reputation for quality and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to resolve complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Leadership ability to oversee staff and coordinate between departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software and basic computer skills.
  • Background in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or hotel management is highly beneficial.
