About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Employee Relations Assistant Manager
who can handle all aspects of employee engagement, grievance management, and compliance with a focus on creating a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions, performance issues, and employee queries.
- Drive employee engagement programs and retention initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication between management and employees.
- Ensure smooth handling of exit processes and documentation.
- Analyze trends and metrics to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations (BPO industry mandatory)
- Strong understanding of
HR policies, compliance, and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
