We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Taj Lakefront. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve performance metrics, and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling quick decision-making and resolution of complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, reservation software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and products.
