About Us
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce brand managing operations across leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto. We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive who can take complete ownership of marketplace accounts, advertising campaigns, and sales growth initiatives.
Role Overview
The Senior E-Commerce Executive will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including inventory planning, ads management, pricing, promotions, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBF, and paid ads with a proven track record of driving sales while controlling ACOS.
This is a high-responsibility role, requiring someone who can work independently, handle pressure, and deliver results.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Account Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
 - Monitor FBA inventory levels and plan replenishments to avoid stock-outs.
 - Resolve issues related to compliance, seller ratings, and performance metrics.
 - Ensure timely updates of catalog listings, images, and A+ content.
 - Coordinate with the warehouse for smooth order processing and shipments.
 
Advertising & Sales Growth
- Plan and execute Amazon ads campaigns (sponsored products, brands, DSP).
 - Use automation tools like Hector, Ads automation, or AMC audiences to optimize ads.
 - Monitor ACOS, TACOS, and overall ad ROI while reducing wastage.
 - Drive seasonal promotions, Lightning Deals, and visibility campaigns.
 - Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
 
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.
 - Plan and track inventory procurement, factoring in lead times for international and domestic suppliers.
 - Recommend new strategies based on analytics and market trends.
 - Collaborate with finance and management teams to align on revenue and profitability goals.
 
Quick Commerce Expertise (Bonus)
- Manage product listings and fulfillment for platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
 - Plan fast-moving SKUs and quick replenishments for these channels.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
 - 5+ years of relevant experience in marketplace account management.
 - Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and FBA processes.
 - Hands-on experience with Amazon ads and campaign optimization.
 - Familiarity with automation and analytics tools like Ad platforms, Unicommerce.
 - Proficiency in Excel for reporting and forecasting.
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of deliverables.

- Sales growth across marketplaces (MoM/YoY).
 - ACOS reduction and ad spend efficiency.
 - 100% stock availability for top SKUs with zero FBA stock-outs.
 - Increase in product visibility and organic rankings.
 - Timely resolution of operational issues and claims.
