Role Description

We're hiring an
Ecommerce & Fashion Operations Executive
to support business operations across fashion design, planning, marketplace management, and data analytics.

This role blends
fashion sensibility, analytical thinking, and business execution
— ideal for someone who enjoys both Excel sheets and the runway

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, updates, and content across ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Track and analyze
    sales, inventory, and pricing data
    using MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data dashboards).
  • Identify
    emerging trends and fast-selling styles
    to guide new product development.
  • Coordinate with
    production, sampling, and warehouse
    teams to ensure smooth replenishment and dispatches.
  • Support
    discount strategy, photoshoot planning
    , and launch execution.
  • Create and maintain business performance reports.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Digital Marketing
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong
    MS Excel proficiency
    — must be comfortable with data handling.
  • Interest in
    fashion trends, analytics, and business operations
    .
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Work Details

  • Location: South City 2, Gurgaon (On-site only)
  • Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
