Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Ecommerce and D2C Head. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's ecommerce platforms, overseeing direct-to-consumer sales strategies, analyzing web analytics, and driving sales performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for project management and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of ecommerce initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Web Analytics
  • Skilled in Project Management
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Relevant experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have relevant experience in the D2C and Personal Care Space.
