We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager. This individual will play a critical role in defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap to deliver impactful solutions. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and demonstrate leadership in managing complex tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation through execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating vision and objectives clearly across the company.
  • Lead in-depth market research to understand trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviour.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation by analysing market gaps.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritise product features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
  • Ensure that products and features are designed to meet customer needs while supporting scalability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and product launch initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Define KPIs to track product performance and success.
  • Utilise data and analytics to monitor and optimise product features post-launch, ensuring continual improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e. g., MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a solid grasp of market analysis, customer insights, and product management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive innovation and create solutions that align with user needs and company goals.
