Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with 10–20 years of experience in product management, particularly in algorithm-driven software and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven mindset, proven experience in building and scaling products, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for algorithm-based software and e-commerce products.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept, design, and development to launch and optimization.

Use data-driven decision-making to define priorities, assess product performance, and optimize user experience.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.

Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure products meet business goals, user needs, and performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, engagement, revenue).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, driving sprint planning and backlog prioritization.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and improvements.

Lead product launches, coordinate with marketing and operations, and measure post-launch performance.

Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from IIT, DTU, BITS, or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in algorithm-driven software and e-commerce products.

Strong proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or equivalent.

Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools: Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, etc.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in AI/ML-driven product development, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing systems.

Understanding of e-commerce business models and customer behavior analytics.

Experience with end-to-end product design and UX/UI collaboration.
