Job Description:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, and Assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure continual improvement in production efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Lead and manage production floor staff, including assembly line staff and drone pilots.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
  • Work with QA teams to implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Oversee raw material planning, inventory levels, and usage.
  • Liaise with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain production reports, metrics, and documentation Analyze production data to prepare reports for senior management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations including DGCA or other relevant bodies

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems for production planning, inventory control, and BOM management.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing/assembly of complex electronic or electro-mechanical systems (e.g., UAVs, robotics, aerospace components, medical devices).
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and modern process optimization techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹100,000.00 per month
