Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead new product development initiatives within the finance and electric vehicle (EV) industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial products, product development, product training, and creating new schemes. This role plays a critical part in shaping product strategy and ensuring offerings meet customer and market needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Linkages
- Conduct market sizing and potential assessment.
- Support MOU operationalisation with OEM partners.
- Provide support for channel management and dealer relationships.
- Oversee customer management, including retention and portfolio scale-up.
New Product Development
- Lead the development and launch of new financial products aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to develop and launch new products.
- Lead development of sales processes and system workflows.
- Prepare product roadmaps, specifications, and detailed business cases.
Product Training
- Create and deliver comprehensive product training modules for internal teams and external partners.
- Develop training content, user guides, and documentation for product rollouts.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand product features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
New Scheme Development
- Design innovative schemes and offerings for financial products to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor scheme performance and optimize based on data insights.
Industry Expertise
- Leverage experience within the finance and EV sector to guide product strategy.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and scalable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial product development in the finance and/or EV industry.
- Proven success in launching and managing financial products.
- Strong understanding of finance sector dynamics, EV market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience conducting market research, developing business cases, and building product roadmaps.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
