Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Use job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pool for various roles.
Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and cover letters to match job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare reports on recruitment progress for clients or senior recruiters.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge about hiring the freelancers related to AI/ML Field.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida , Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
