About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in recruitment and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    candidate calling and screening
    for various roles.
  • Assist the HR team in
    shortlisting and scheduling interviews
    .
  • Support in
    end-to-end hiring processes
    .
  • Work towards the target of
    15 candidate hirings per month
    .
  • Coordinate with the internal team for daily recruitment updates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet monthly targets.
