Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
HR Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
end-to-end recruitment process
, managing everything from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates across IT and non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions across various industries.
  • Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (RPO/Consultancy background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in hiring for IT, Digital Marketing, and Technical roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM/ATS systems.

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)
