Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of various recruitment platforms and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and update job descriptions.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring).
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Craft outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
  • Post job ads across multiple platforms and internal channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Manage job offers and respond to candidate inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Support new hires during onboarding and integration.
  • Align recruitment efforts with business needs and workforce planning.
  • Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics for reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques, ATS usage, and managing resume databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
