We're Hiring:
Human Resources (HR) Intern / Executive

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time / Flexible

Duration: 2-month unpaid trial → ₹20,000–₹25,000/month from 3rd month (based on performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern/Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic digital environment.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various creative and digital roles.

Post job openings across social media and job portals.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.

Maintain HR records and assist in onboarding new hires.

Support employee engagement and team communication activities.

Coordinate performance tracking during trial periods.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR processes, or talent management.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines.

Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office tools.
