Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory HR Executive to manage HR operations at our Kondapuri beverage manufacturing plant. The role involves end-to-end HR activities including attendance, compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with HO HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory level.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling through HRMS or time-tracking software.
  • Ensure compliance with Factory laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, contract labour, factory act etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Support recruitment for workmen and staff positions in coordination with HO/TA team.
  • Facilitate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners.
  • Monitor discipline, grievances, and employee welfare activities at the plant.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and contractor bills.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, safety week, and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary data/reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in manufacturing / beverage / FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work independently at the plant level.
