Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, accounting, and personal support. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and assisting with routine financial and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize files and records (digital and physical).
  • Handle basic bookkeeping, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Book travel tickets, accommodation, and other related arrangements.
  • Handle routine banking tasks deposits, withdrawals, and cheque submissions.
  • Track bills, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Support office documentation and coordination.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff as needed.
  • Oversee basic IT coordination (laptop setup, printer, internet issues, etc.).
  • Manage driver schedules and vehicle-related coordination.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks for the individuals being supported.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
