Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Reise Moto. In this role, you will drive process excellence within our distributor model, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing dealers & distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 9+ years of experience in sales and distribution roles within the automotive (lubricants, Tyres, batteries, spare parts) or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change.
