We're Hiring: General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO)

Location: NB Holdings – Managing Visalelo, Overseas Desire & Venyora

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 + Performance Bonus

Reports to: CEO (Owner – NB Holdings)

NB Holdings is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a dynamic General Manager / COO to lead operations across our 3 growing brands in the Visa, Overseas Education, and E-commerce sectors.

Role Overview

The GM/COO will be responsible for scaling our businesses, systemizing operations, building high-performance teams, and driving growth. This role requires a leader who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of all departments
  • Build and implement SOPs across all companies
  • Ensure seamless Visa, PR, Language, and E-commerce operations
  • Manage team leads (Visa, Overseas, E-com, Marketing, IT)

2. Hiring & HR Leadership

  • Identify staffing requirements
  • Conduct interviews and approve hiring/firing decisions
  • Monitor discipline, attendance, KPIs & performance reviews

3. Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Approve and guide marketing campaigns
  • Ensure sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) are consistently achieved
  • Work closely with Marketing Head & BDE teams to boost revenue
  • Monitor leads, conversion rates & ROI

4. IT & Platform Supervision

  • Coordinate website updates and improvements
  • Approve automation & AI-driven feature development
  • Work closely with the IT Developer to optimize platforms

5. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Create monthly business growth plans
  • Reduce operational errors & improve customer satisfaction
  • Launch new services & verticals when required

6. Reporting

  • Prepare weekly growth dashboards
  • Monthly performance review for the Owner
  • Track leads, sales, expenses & operational metrics across businesses

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong leadership & team management
  • Excellent communication & delegation ability
  • Knowledge of Visa/E-commerce industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of marketing & performance analysis
  • KPI tracking, reporting, and optimization capability
  • Comfortable working with IT teams and digital tools
