A reputed Ferro Alloy Manufacturing company is looking for a Plant HR Executive for its Factory Office located in Byrnihat, Meghalaya

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Collect and process daily attendance of approximately 150 people
  • Prepare daily absentee, late arrival, Visitor report, etc report
  • Knowledge of Payroll , Salary Processing, PF, ESIC and Basic Knowledge of Accounting
  • Manage the eSSL Make Biometric Machines for capturing attendance
  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the senior management team informed of the operation and progress of compliance
  • Maintain employee benefits administration such as leave records, advances, insurance etc.
  • Hiring of Blue collar as well as white collar personnel

Job Specification/Requirements:

Educational Requirements:- MBA in HRM / PGDPM /PGDHRM/Diploma in HR or similar or equivalent

Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s) of working in a Manufacturing Unit

  • Male Candidates are only suitable for now
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Administration, Attendance Management & Payroll Management
  • ⁠The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing or other Factory Units.
  • Must have knowledge of EPF & ESIC.
  • Excellent Proficiency in MS Office, GMAIL, Labour laws, etc
  • Should have a positive and flexible attitude
