Educational Qualification:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for staff.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary preparation and payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
- Support leadership in strategic HR planning and workforce development.
- Prepare regular HR reports and performance analytics for senior management to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
