Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Noida (On-site)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage performance campaigns to achieve KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams to ensure impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, analytics, and remarketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
