Role & responsibilities
Were hiring an experienced and data-driven Campaign Manager to oversee and execute B2C performance marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns. This role demands a deep understanding of paid media platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools, and end-to-end campaign lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Android/iOS app installs and user acquisition for astrology app while also generating qualified leads for Stratnovas B2B IT services.
Youll manage omnichannel campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and DSP platforms, and automate lifecycle journeys using CleverTap, MoEngage, and WhatsApp platforms. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role involving close collaboration with product, content, and sales teams.
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven ad campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube)
- Bing Ads and other search engines
- LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for B2C acquisition
- Programmatic DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, MediaMath, Xandr)
- Lead user acquisition campaigns to drive high-quality app installs and optimize for in-app actions and retention
- Manage budgets, bids, A/B testing, and ad creative across platforms
- Monitor, report, and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns
- Set up and manage CleverTap and/or MoEngage for:
- Automated email journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention)
- App push notifications based on event triggers
- WhatsApp and SMS campaign orchestration via approved partners
- Create dynamic user segments for personalization and journey automation
- Build WhatsApp chat automations integrated with CRM and sales workflows
- Analyze funnel performance and improve drop-off points using cohort analysis and event tracking
B2B Lead Generation
- Design and execute LinkedIn lead gen and search-based campaigns targeting CXOs and decision-makers for services like software development, app/web development, and digital marketing
- Optimize landing pages for conversions (in collaboration with web and content teams)
- Integrate lead forms with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and create MQL pipelines
- Develop retargeting workflows and nurture campaigns to improve lead quality and sales handover
Strategy, Reporting, and Collaboration
- Build and present weekly/monthly campaign performance dashboards
- Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams for campaign asset creation and performance alignment
- Use heatmaps, analytics, and attribution models to improve campaign journeys
- Stay updated on ad platform algorithms, ad policy changes, and new feature rollouts
- Share insights with sales and leadership for data-informed decisions

- Programmatic DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath)
Marketing Automation & CRM
- CleverTap, MoEngage
- WhatsApp Business API Tools (e.g., Twilio, Gupshup, Wati)
- HubSpot, Zoho CRM
- Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar for email
- Firebase / GA4 for app tracking
- Segment, Mixpanel for user analytics
Analytics & Tracking
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
- Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust for attribution
- Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau for reporting
Preferred candidate profile
- 48 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and marketing automation
- Proven experience managing app install and customer acquisition campaigns at scale
- Deep knowledge of paid media best practices, creative testing, and mobile attribution
- Demonstrated experience in B2B lead generation through paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and campaign journey design
- Proficiency with platforms like CleverTap or MoEngage and WhatsApp automation APIs
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end campaign execution and optimization
- Strong analytical skills, KPI tracking, and campaign reporting experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable in a remote and performance-driven culture
