Job Description: Management Trainee Sales Intern
Location: Chennai
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 30,000 per month
Eligibility: MBA Graduates of 2025 & 2026
About the Role:
We're seeking dynamic and tech-savvy MBA students to join us as Management Trainee – Sales Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client engagement, in a fast-paced IT services environment. Ideal for those with a technical background and a passion for business development.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have the UG background of BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (final semester or recent graduate – batch 2025 or 2026)
Experience
- Mandatory: Practical experience in technology/software development (beyond training or internship)
- Prior exposure to IT services, applications, or product development before MBA
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Client Engagement
Key Skills
- Solid grasp of technology concepts and software development lifecycle
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and lead generation under senior sales mentorship
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs and position solutions
- Support creation of proposals, sales pitches, and presentations
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and solution discussions
- Gain end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle—from opportunity to closure.
