Compact Innovation Avenues (CIAPL) is a sustainability-driven organisation offering eco-friendly stationery and paper products - tissue papers, copier paper, envelopes, mailers, diaries, notepads, and more. We help organisations and institutions reduce their carbon footprint with high-quality, affordable, and responsible products.
Role Overview
We're looking for dynamic, personable, and passionate sales professionals to drive growth across different sectors. Each team member will focus on one of the following domains:
- Education (Schools & Colleges)
- Corporate Companies
- Distributors, Resellers & Retailers
You'll build and manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and contribute directly to our sustainability mission.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned sector.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's eco-friendly product range addressing client objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales, revenue, and client records (CRM provided).
- Provide after-sales support in coordination with operations.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant domain-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Personable, self-driven, and passionate about sustainability and the environment.
- Proven sales track record; experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Kannada and Hindi are good to have.
- Familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: 35,000–50,000 per month (4.2–6 LPA) based on experience.
Variable Commission: Uncapped; higher % for new clients, standard % for existing clients.
Benefits: Phone bill & conveyance covered
Laptop to be arranged by the candidate.
Other Details
Location: Bangalore
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week; Saturdays half-day
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer.
Start Date: October 1st

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
