Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and passion for the education technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech market through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that support business development objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development performance and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of education technology products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
