Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
