Require Boiler O&M engineer with 3 - 5 years of experience in Plant Utility maintenance.

Qualification - B.Tech/Diploma mechanical with experience in Boiler Operation and maintenance.

Functional Expertise -

  • Thorough Technical Knowledge of operations of Solid Fuel boilers.

Knowledge of environment, safety, and occupational health hazards related to plant operations.

  • Troubleshooting skills EHS Norms & its impact on Business.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily routine inspection/monitoring of all critical utilities & systems at the site with close coordination of electrical & instrumentation section.
  • Lead & drive Utility team & outsourcing of successful completion of various tasks of critical systems & utility areas. Manage / control manpower & allotting jobs to contract staff in shifts. ·
  • Time to time Review/ modify SOPs & Protocols of critical systems as per the QMS requirement. Review & finalization of PM checklist, PM schedules, calibration schedules, equipment matrix & master list of equipment & systems.
  • Maintaining critical system documentation as per regulatory requirements, internal & external audits compliance, participate in closing required QMS specific documents like incident / change control, CAPA, Deviation, investigation & analysis.
  • Compliance of near miss & safety related observations in utility area / critical system areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
