Description
1. Technical Maintenance Support

  • Assist in routine preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and other plant assets.

  • Support in troubleshooting electrical equipment faults under supervision.

  • Help monitor string-level performance, grid parameters, and equipment health.

2. Plant Monitoring & Reporting

  • Carry out daily plant inspections and log activities systematically.

  • Record and report any abnormalities to senior engineers.

  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly generation and performance reports.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE rules, and plant SOPs.

  • Participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.

  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.

4. Project Support & Learning

  • Gain hands-on exposure to solar PV systems, high-voltage equipment, and O&M processes.

  • Assist in module cleaning planning, solar plant housekeeping, and resource management.

  • Support improvement projects such as plant optimization, performance enhancement, and loss analysis.
