Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR cum Admin at Wellok Pharma, located in Ahmedabad. The HR cum Admin will be responsible for managing HR activities such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks such as handling office administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing records, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies experience
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
