Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across major platforms like Amazon (India & Global), Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and international marketplaces.
  • Manage Sponsored Ads, Brand Campaigns, Display Ads, and Performance Marketing across multiple regions and product categories.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve key metrics such as ACoS, RoAS, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor mapping, and category analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor ad performance through Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools, and present actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with listing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Plan and manage ad budgets across multiple marketplaces and countries, ensuring efficient allocation of spends.
  • Stay updated with global eCommerce advertising trends, policies, and platform innovations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement within the ad management vertical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce advertising, including at least 3+ years managing international campaigns.
  • Strong command of tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
