Role Overview-

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist
to join our PR and Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
social media marketing, paid campaign planning, and performance tracking
— along with a strong grasp of
visual design, storytelling, and analytics.

This role requires someone who understands how to
convert content into conversions

campaigns into awareness
, and
creativity into impact.

Key Responsibilities-

Campaign Management & Digital Strategy-

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    social media lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
    across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize
    Google Ad Grant campaigns
    , ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
  • Develop and monitor
    paid campaign calendars
    , budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audience targeting, creative design, and message alignment

Content Creation & Design-

  • Create and supervise content for social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, and web pages.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing creatives aligned with the brand tone.
  • Use tools like
    Canva, AI-based design and copy tools
    , and video editors for quick-turnaround campaigns.
  • Ideate and execute engaging multimedia content — short videos, reels, infographics, testimonials, and motion graphics.

Tracking & Analytics-

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance across all digital channels.
  • Use tracking tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar) to optimize engagement and lead quality.
  • Identify content trends and audience insights to improve strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies-

  • Experience in
    social media campaign management
    and
    paid lead generation

  • Working knowledge of
    Google Grant campaign management
    and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital analytics, SEO, and ad optimization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Canva
    ,
    Meta Business Suite
    , and
    video editing tools
    (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
  • Familiarity with
    AI-based marketing and design tools
    (ChatGPT, , DALL·E, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, vendors, and timelines.
